Thank you for purchasing our products. In order to expedite the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures, please apply RMA number before you return any items for repair. RMA number is very important for tracking in the procedures. Following information is required before RMA number be issued: Please fill out the form and describe the defects as detailed as possible, the bar code number and sales order number are important information, the description such as "DEAD", "Don't work" are not acceptable. We will confirm the RMA number or contact with you within 24 hours upon the time we receive your request.

RMA number within the warranty period

In order to receive an RMA number within the warranty period, please contact our sales department via email.

Return the RMA product

Send without any accessories, such as CPU, RAM module, etc. If the parts are required to be sent back, please remark it clearly both in the RMA form & packing list. FabiaTech does not take the responsibility in case of loss through transportation.
Caution: Please pack all RMA returned goods very carefully. FabiaTech takes no responsibility for the damage occurred in transportation.

Confirm the RMA charge

Once the examination of your returned products is finished, RMA department will issue a quotation to you; no action would be taken before your confirmation. A formal invoice will be issued when the repairing is done, please sign back and pay the repairing charge, and full payment must be made before shipment.

Product Repair Services

Non-standard products are not able to be returned or replaced with a new one, unless it's defected with quality problem. Spare parts, accessories and peripherals those supplied by our contracted vender, should not be involved in our warranty program. For details, please contact with our local representatives

Shipping back to the customer

Notify the customer before shipment; the maintenance record of the product at the time of shipment is returned with the finished product. Shipping Charges- Customers are responsible for packaging the product well as not to cause any damage occurred during normal shipping and handling. For RMA under warranty, customers shall bear one-way freight charge for returning products to FabiaTech, and FabiaTech will bear one-way freight charge for the repaired unit sending back to customer. Any freight-collect shipments without notice in advance will be refused.

Important Notice

  • Non-standard products are not able to be returned or replaced with a new one, unless it's defected with quality problem.
  • For FabiaTech products, customers can find a bar code somewhere on it; this label is for warranty purpose. FabiaTech can only provide services when this label is kept in good condition. If label is removed, contaminated or damaged, the warranty would be void.
  • FabiaTech will return each product with a repair record.
  • For customers’ reference, out-of-warranty repairing charge may be as followings:
    Each system - US$40 dollars excludes components cost & freight.
    Each board - US$20 dollars excludes components cost & freight.
    Freight may additionally be charged if customers specify a particular delivery
  • FabiaTech RMA team promises to precede the repair efficiently, most RMA items will be returned within two weeks (excludes times for delivery and pending for confirmation.) In case of any delay, please contact with us immediately.
